Today, GATES is a full service construction management, general contracting and design build firm with offices in Florida and the Republic of Panama. We maintain a strong diverse portfolio in corporate/commercial, higher education/k-12, government, financial, clubhouses / hospitality / restaurant, healthcare, industrial, retail, multi-family residential, custom homes and condo units and energy related projects. GATES is experienced with LEED, green, sustainable and energy efficient construction and has several LEED Accredited Professionals on staff. GATES completed the first LEED project in Southwest Florida.
