MARKETING COORDINATOR BONITA SPRINGS, FL – FULL TIME

GATES Construction, a full service, award winning construction management, general contracting and design build company headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida, has opening for Marketing Coordinator.

Marketing Coordinator

Qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 years marketing experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) Industry.  Must have experience in RFP/RFQ proposal writing.  Must be well versed in InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.  Experience with a CRM such as Cosential or Deltek a plus.

Key functions include:

  • Work closely with the marketing team, principals, project managers, and technical staff to develop deadline-sensitive deliverables such as qualifications packages, presentations, and award submissions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and staff on company branding and marketing collateral development
  • Create and update marketing collateral including project profiles, resumes and spreadsheets
  • Prepare interview materials (PowerPoint presentations & handouts) and coach technical staff
  • Graphic design support
  • Update CRM database including tracking and reporting business leads
  • Assist in quality review and development of marketing materials
  • Assist as needed in posting and updating website and social media content
  • Attend professional organizations to develop relationships with other marketing professionals for teaming opportunities
